It offers a fixed lens with F/3.2 aperture and f=7.6mm focal length, a focus range of 1.2m to infinity, and a 16x digital zoom for framing distant subjects. The 2.7-inch TFT-LCD screen (230,000 pixels, 4:3) provides a clear view for composing shots and reviewing files. Storage is handled by an SD or SDHC card expandable to 32GB, and the camera connects via USB2.0 for transferring images to a computer. Video output is available in NTSC/PAL. The body measures 13 x 7 x 11 cm and comes in black, white or red (gules), with a US plug included. This model is aimed at users who want a straightforward, portable camera for gifts, travel snapshots, or casual home use.

Features and Construction

The camera combines a CMOS sensor with a range of manual and automatic settings, giving basic control over exposure and sensitivity. Its fixed lens and digital zoom keep the design simple, while the TFT-LCD screen supports framing and playback. The expandable SD card slot allows storage to be increased up to 32GB, which is useful for longer sessions.

Material and Build

The body is constructed from unspecified materials, but the dimensions of 13 x 7 x 11 cm indicate a compact form that can be carried in a bag or large pocket. The 2.7-inch TFT-LCD screen has 230,000 pixels and a 4:3 aspect ratio, which is standard for framing and reviewing images. The fixed lens has an F/3.2 aperture and f=7.6mm focal length, with a focus range starting at 1.2m. The camera is available in black, white or red (gules).

Size and Practical Fit

At 13 x 7 x 11 cm, the camera is small enough for handheld use and easy to store when not in use. The 16x digital zoom allows closer framing of distant subjects without a bulky lens. The focus range of 1.2m to infinity means most everyday scenes can be captured without adjusting focus. The self-timer offers off, 2, 5 and 10 second options for hands-free shots.

Uses and Placement

This camera is suited to casual photography, gift-giving, and simple video recording. It can be used for family gatherings, travel snapshots, or as a first camera for younger users. The multiple resolution settings and video modes cover common scenarios without requiring advanced knowledge.

Event or Professional Use

For events, the 1080P video mode and 16MP still image setting (via interpolation) can capture moments in reasonable detail. The 16x digital zoom helps frame subjects from a distance, while the self-timer allows the photographer to join the picture. Exposure compensation of -2.0/+2.0 can be adjusted for brighter or darker scenes. The camera supports NTSC/PAL video output for connecting to a TV or monitor.

Everyday Home Use

At home, the camera can be used for documenting items, taking snapshots of pets or children, or recording short clips. The 2.7-inch screen makes it easy to review images without a computer. Storage via SD/SDHC card up to 32GB means a large number of photos and videos can be kept on one card. The USB2.0 interface allows quick transfer to a computer for sharing or printing.

Benefits and Buying Value

The camera offers a practical combination of resolution, zoom, and expandable storage at a level suitable for non-professional use. Its simple controls and multiple automatic settings reduce the need for technical knowledge. The included US plug means it is ready for use in compatible outlets.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The use of SD/SDHC cards up to 32GB allows storage to be expanded or replaced without needing a new camera. The fixed lens and digital zoom have no moving external parts, which can simplify handling. Cleaning can be done with a soft dry cloth, though no specific care instructions are provided in the source. The camera does not require film or developing, so images can be reviewed and deleted directly on the device.
